1. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to our supported countries.

2. How much is shipping?
Currently, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding the payment amount by $29.
3. Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?
MerusLab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If there are any changes to the tariff policies of the respective countries, MerusLab will promptly notify you.
4. Express Delivery
- Dispatch Schedule: Please note if an order is placed after 5PM on Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday, and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.
- Daily Cut-off Times: For same-day dispatch for Express Delivery (weekdays only), the cut-off is 5PM.
- Alternative Carriers: During the holiday season or when there are carrier strikes, we may use alternative carriers to ensure you receive your orders on time.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may require an additional fee to reship the item.
