Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! We understand sometimes something may not be quite right for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you further.

1. Return Guarantee Duration

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging (including shrink wrap, seals, and boxes) and must not be damaged.
  • Any promotional items or free gifts received with the order must also be returned in their original condition.

3. No Returns Accepted

HYGIENE NOTICE: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for any cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools that have been opened, swatched, or used. To be eligible for a refund, items need to be in their original condition. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ask us for a refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meruslab@meruslab.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

  • Step 1: Email our support team at info@meruslab.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you don’t like the color, changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return/replacement.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Individual items from a bundle/set (unless the entire set is returned).

9. Cancel or Change an Order

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

10. Abuse of Policy

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
